FLANGED DUCTILE IRON PIPE
Datong casting pipe has high toughness, casting ductile iron is one alloy combining iron, carbon, and silicon, and the lead exists in the form of globosity dissociating status in casting iron, which is totally different from regular casting iron with big amount of piece-shaped lead. Casting ductile iron has iron essence and steel performance.

Product specification: DN80-DN2600.
Lining material: Portland cement(high aluminum cement, epoxy paint, and epoxy porcelain)
External anti-corrosion coating: zinc spray( ≥ 130 g/m2), and bitumen paint.
High-quality raw materials, internationally leading production processes, advanced laboratory analysis, strict quality control measures, and 100% high-pressure water testing ensure the mechanical properties and service life of each zinc-sprayed ductile iron pipe.
APPLICABLE SCENARIOS
Municipal water supply and drainage: Main pipeline network, pump station inlet and outlet pipes (DN80-DN2600);
Industrial field: Power plant circulating water, chemical plant pressure pipeline (applicable temperature -30℃~120℃);
Special environment: High saline-alkali soil, vibration-sensitive area (seismic resistance level 8).

HIGH STRENGTH AND DURABILITY
FLANGE INTERFACE RELIABILITY
INSTALLATION CONVENIENCE
Using ductile iron (QT500-7), tensile strength ≥500MPa, elongation ≥7%, it has both the corrosion resistance of cast iron and the mechanical properties of steel, and the service life can reach more than 50 years.
The flange end face is precisely processed, the sealing surface flatness is ≤0.2mm, and it is equipped with rubber gaskets or metal spiral wound gaskets. The pressure bearing capacity reaches PN16 (1.6MPa), eliminating the risk of leakage.
Standardized flange hole spacing (such as GB/T 9124 standard) supports fast bolt docking, and the construction efficiency is increased by more than 60% compared with welded pipes.
